The establishment of Polygone Engineering SA in 1996 by Pierre Gautier and Frédéric Naville brought together the know-how of two highly experienced organization and management professionals. They complement their skills through the expertise of a wide network of outside consultants in many different fields.
Born in 1954, Pierre Gautier received his MS in Physics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, and has pursued a career as an engineer in academia, the paper industry in Germany and the agri-food sector in France. As a consultant since 1992, he has specialized in developing concepts and strategies for companies facing complex situations of change. Gautier's expertise includes growth management, industrialization processes setup, and designing IT systems that meet users’ real needs.
